Since each item is customized especially for you, we cannot accept returns unless:
Return/Replacement Allowed Only If:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong or defective item received
- Print quality issue (proof required)
Return Conditions
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Replacement will be issued after verification
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the design is approved or printing has begun.
- If the order has not yet entered production, cancellation may be possible.
Refund Method
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
