1. Customized Products
1.1. All our products are made-to-order and customized according to your specifications.
1.2. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
2.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
2.2. After verification, we will either:
Replace the product with a new one at no extra cost, or
Offer a full refund if replacement is not possible.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
3.1. In the rare case of a wrong product being delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1. Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
4.2. Once the product is in production, cancellation is not possible.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5.2. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
6.1. Any product that is customized according to customer design, text, or photo cannot be returned for refund unless defective.
6.2. Changes in order or color preferences after production cannot be accommodated.
