1. Order Cancellation Before Production
1.1. Customers can cancel their order before production begins.

1.3. Once cancellation is confirmed before production, a full refund will be processed.
2. Order Cancellation During or After Production
2.1. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as products are customized and made-to-order.
2.2. Any requests for cancellation during or after production will not be entertained.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds for canceled orders will be made via the original payment method.
3.2. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
4. Exceptions
4.1. In case of incorrect product delivery or defective/damaged products, refer to our Refund & Return Policy for resolution.
